Our refund policy spans 30 days since your purchase date. Unfortunately, once 30 days has past, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund.

If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide a postal address for your nearest returns office.
All pre-order purchases are final. No refunds are possible for pre-order purchases. An estimation of pre-order delivery dates is provided prior to entering your shipping information. However, for legal reasons, we need to advise that if factory delays or other delays occur, we reserve the right to extend our delivery deadline up to 90 days from our original estimated delivery date.
